Position Summary:Supervise case manager social work staff. Assure quality, cost effective care for the identified patient population. Provide leadership to staff in the department. Act as a resources and role model for staff. Assist with coordination of staff to manage the medically related social and emotional needs of patients and their families. Serve as a staff resource regarding case management, professional practice, accreditation, and licensure regulations.
