As an integral member of the operations team and in compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirements the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Operations, Clinical Operations, Data Science and Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams.

In collaboration with PCCTC, LLC leadership, coordinate various administrative aspects of research operations.
Facilitate the management of projects and project timelines, present recommendations and disseminates appropriate information.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the research programs office projects.
Assist in day-to-day operations of various groups within PCCTC, LLC.
Support company with DOD initiatives including tracking of clinical trials and accurate reporting of complex data.
Support company with financial administrative initiatives including accounts payable tracking and processing.
Support company with staff retreat and event planning including scheduling and logistics.
Communicate effectively and establish strong working relationships with a diverse matrix of clinical trial sites, investigators, pharmaceutical & biotechology partners, and other important stakeholders.
Communicate and work effectively with all stakeholders of the PCCTC
A Bachelors degree preferred or a high school diploma, and 2 years administrative experience in business operations.
Proven ability to manage projects with strict deadlines.
Strong organizational, prioritization, time and project management skills.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
