Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to provide comprehensive, coordinated care to children and young adults with medical complexity in our Complex Care and Transition Clinic.  Health services offered include a primary care medical home, longitudinal outpatient care management, multi-disciplinary care, collaboration with the palliative care team and facilitation of the transition from pediatric- to adult-oriented health systems.  The patient population includes children and young adults with chronic and complex conditions, involvement of multiple organ systems, and medical technology.
