Memorial Transplant Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in a per diem capacity. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of exceptional providers to guide patients and families through every facet of transplant care. The incumbent will focus on transplant nephrology related inpatient and outpatient services, including evaluation of kidney and living donor candidates and follow-up care for transplant recipients. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of clinical experience practicing in a kidney transplant setting. Candidates must have a national Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification, or Physician Assistant Certification. A BLS and ACLS f
